Meet Scarlett Roger, Founder of Heroes Housing
Scarlett Roger is the founder of Heroes Housing and the team lead for our lending division. Her husband is a 30-year fire captain who now helps train our nationwide network of affiliate realtors.
With years of experience as an appraiser, processor, underwriter, and auditor, Scarlett brings deep industry knowledge to the program. After taking time to raise her kids, she returned full-time to real estate and lending as Heroes Housing grew rapidly.
